Awesome.

Has anyone ever tried this? Or know of anyone who has? One of the vids say the sessions are only 20-30 min. Don't most yoga classes run 60-90 minutes? The Yoga X DVD for P90X is 90 minutes and that's a killer workout. I just don't see how 20 minutes a day is going to help you all that much.

I've been doing it for 2 months, as I had a shytty back, bad knees, i'm only 25 :snoop:

I'm in shape muscle wise anyway as i've been lifting weights and eating right for 3 years, but I gave the weights up and focused on recuperating my body.

Never felt better, back is stronger, knees are stronger, core is stronger. This stuff really works :smugdraper:

The average time is 30 mins, apart from his main workout called the Diamond Cutter, go figure, which is just under an hour and is s the hardest cardio workout i've ever done.
