“movie games” exist to make you feel like you are in the movie.

With that goal in mind, the gameplay can’t be too difficult/unique. There needs to be little resistance, it needs to look flashy, and lots of fail states or trial and error doesn’t play well with a cinematic experience.

When i say that about other movie games, yal get your panties in a bunch.

Now yall using that same reasoning to criticize this game.

This isn’t a movie game, it’s first person. It defeats the purpose.

It makes the game LESS cinematic

From what I’m hearing the game is just slow and not that fun

:ehh:The stealth sections in Wolfenstein were ok, and the gun play was great. Adding in some puzzles sounds like a good time. Let them do their own we already have a Uncharted.

It’s like the most barebones stealth put in a game, with enemy Ai that could really just be a bunch of mannequins standing around :dead:

To this day I don’t know why they even bothered with it.

:russ:I didn’t say it had the best stealth mechanics lol. But it got the job done nothing wrong with more gameplay options.

There’s dozens of previews out. The overwhelming majority of them are very positive.

It’s amazing you are only “hearing” about the two with a negative slant.

But even then, you didn’t even read or try to understand what dude was actually saying about the game.

To support that cinematic feel, guards have been made about as intelligent as the heavy objects you frequently hit them with, and while there are elements of immersive sim design—such as alternate routes to discover—they're all very light touch. That keeps things from getting too slow and cerebral, but when stealth is the core experience, I do worry that the systems here are a bit too shallow to stretch across a whole game.

He actually says the game is NOT slow.


You are just in here doing your usual try to spread negativity about a game cause it’s aligned with xbox thing.

You should snitch on yourself :scust:
