I'm not even sure JLO was there. Her Fandom says she and diddy got into an argument before they left a spot in Manhattan, and she went home/elsewhere with her management and mom.
So, while i think it's implied the woman is JLO, it very well may not be.
And I'm not saying all this is impossible, but Jay seems to move way smarter than this. Even back then. Diddy is a toss up.

That was a strong ass woman. Most people dont even know that Mrs Mammie's husband and Emmett's father Louis Till was hanged by US military police for the rape and murder of an italian woman while he was serving in WW2 in Italy in 1945. They blocked the details of his death from Mrs Mammie and the family in 1945 but released the files in 1955 to try to shyt on Emmett Till. There was this black historian I believe who reviewed the case years later and felt like Mr Louis was innocent.
