Would you buy a house, that is exactly what you want in the area you want to live in? The only issue is that something really terrible happened there and it's the only reason the house is affordable. Every other house in this area is out of your price range.

Under what circumstances would you not buy the house?

People get murdered, commit suicide, hide meth labs, etc. in all kinds of buildings

I'm not retarded so I don't believe in spirits so I'm good on that end too

Let's say murder and/or suicide. Something big and unpleasant enough where the value of property has been decreased (national headlines, etc.).

If a murder or someone committed suicide in that Connecticut mansion that both 50 Cent and Mike Tyson owned and I can get it for cheap....where's the pen so I can sign the papers and get the keys to my new mansion?
