bruh on EVERYTHING, I remember this like it was yesterday.

What's crazy is THAT game made me a Duncan fan.

Before that game I was hoping Camby would give em the business and he had a better game than TD and UMASS won, but something in me just made me a TD stan instantly :manny:

But regardless of that picture Duncan and KG really don't like each other. I suppose because they are such intense competitors and played the same position. Or it could be because of Garnett shoving Tim in the back of the head that time.

yeah, I remember that game. I think it was 1995. That was supposed to be like Sampson going against Ewing in 1982. Or Akeem vs Ewing in the '84 title game. I think Camby won NPOY that year too, but Duncan was better.

Duncan vs. Sheed if you were in ACC country too :whoo:

word they built that matchup up bigtime it really made me a fan of college bball ...everyone was choosing sides I liked UMass back in the day they had some nice run plus they had a lil' streak goin on with latino guards :smugbiden:

man i miss centers being the focal points of teams a dominating bigman just makes the game so much more interesting IMO

breh, 1995-1996 was the last year of the :whoo: players in college basketball. It hasnt been the same since.

The Big East that year :wow:

UMass went unbeaten for their first 25 games until they took an L to George Washington after Camby got injured. (edit: remembering now, he had an irregular heartbeat)

Marbury, Matt Harpering, and Drew Berry for Georgia Tech going against Duncan, Rusty Leroue, and Tony Rutledge with Wake Forest (Duke, Maryland, UNC, and UVa all had down years that season).

And then this.

:noah: i was distraught when Ray & UCONN lost to Miss St. in the Sweet 16.

There's always the Big East tournament performance that year tho when he beat Iverson. :win:

What an amazing year of CBB & unreal class of talent across the board...NBA & non-NBA players.

I forgot to talk about Reggie Geary out in Arizona with a sophomore Miles Simon doing this against Danny Fortson's Cincinnati (1:45 in):

and then that Kentucky team :noah:
