It doesn't matter. Mad Max wasn't shot in 3D or IMAX/65/70mm Film.

Which neither Jurassic World or Mad Max were but I think Jurassic world is native 4K. It should look great even though the CGI in the trailers had me like

Make sure you watch it in a real IMAX not that LieMAX shyt. Some scenes were filmed in 65mm.

It doesn't matter. Mad Max wasn't shot in 3D or IMAX/65/70mm Film.

It does matter because IMAX screens tend to have better brightness (important for 3D, whether fake or real) but more importantly, far better sound systems (very important for any movie).

i know a lot of people complained about interstellars sound..but those organs in the score melted my face and ears off my head

I can say I didn't miss any dialog because I had subtitles, lol.

But I watched Fury Road in a regular 3D theater this past weekend and I was disgusted by how poor the sound was compared to IMAX.

The reason I asked is because I saw the subway advertisement for Jurassic World and it said "Available in IMAX and Real3D"

Seems most are digital now or are going digital so I'm not sure how much longer we'll have a choice. As it is some people have to drive hours to find a real one.
