This shyt is a totally different experience from Z, everyone goes on actual adventures

The fighting tournaments
Are entertaining as fukk

Yamcha, Tien, Master Roshi all mattered in this show :heh:

When Goku hit the kamehameha
shyt was rare, and u had to build up the story just to hit that Kamehameha
Not on some bullshyt like Z

Beats sitting around and watching dudes yell half of the episode

DBZ is still very much like DB tho, its just nowadays they have so many different versions of DBZ
DBZ still had the slow build ups, the newer versions took out parts of that because "I think" the world is more ADD because of the technological age
We get everything instantly, so kids who are trying to watch nowadays be like

I agree, the stories, the slower pace. It was just as good as the fights
Master Roshi a fool :heh:

:tu: I agree

I love DBZ but the filler episodes and their love for super sayins really brought it down for me. Dragonball was great throughout the whole show and just kept getting better

I agree, the OG Dragonball is underrated. :obama:

It didn't really start out very good, but once the tournaments start it's pretty entertaining. Characters besides Goku are relevant :ohhh: and the fights actually had strategy as opposed to just powering up and throwing fireballs.

I agree. Although DBZ was my favorite show as a kid looking back on it now and seeing all the shyt toriyama fukked up just has me :snoop: every time.

DB is what DBZ should have continued to be, where there is a great story line build and most characters stay relevant.
