Coming in soaking wet at 145 lbs is the colis favorite poster:russ:. I plan to get a membership at the YMCA Sunday and begin my workout Monday. To be honest with yall I never been a gym guy I don't know where to start help me out I think I can lift about 100-125 lbs. not sure:mjlol: But where do I start also is there any nutrient drinks I can buy to help bulk up? I also smoke cigs but I'm committed to quitting if yall can help me.:blessed:

I'm going to start in the am at 5 before I go to work at 730

What exercises do I do on what days?:patrice: Help a breh out.

I went twice this week at 5 am before work:yeshrug:. Next week I'll go 3 days. I ordered my own bench and weightset this morning. Them brolic white dudes in the gym act like they own the equipment. I started to say something but nah

Work your way up to 2-a-days. 5am workout and than right after work, you'll be straight in no time

Protein shakes and eating 4-6 meals a day and busting your ass in the gym= I expect you to be buff by next summer
