Coming in soaking wet at 145 lbs is the colis favorite poster. I plan to get a membership at the YMCA Sunday and begin my workout Monday. To be honest with yall I never been a gym guy I don't know where to start help me out I think I can lift about 100-125 lbs. not sure But where do I start also is there any nutrient drinks I can buy to help bulk up? I also smoke cigs but I'm committed to quitting if yall can help me.
