I drink/smoke cigs. I'm about 6'3 155 :sadbron:

I want to get to about 175. I was there a few years back but than I got ulcers that make my metabolism incredibly fast. Any suggestions?

Nah, I do about 100 push ups a day. That's about it but I want to start working out more. I used to play ball but the last few years I hardly get any exercise.

lift + eat + sleep

thats the key to growth. It really isnt even that hard

as houston said "if you arent shytting 3 times a day, you arent eating enough"

Best advice i can give you is to hit the gym and eat alot depending on your age i wouldnt worry about that foods you eat just make sure it includes lots of protein peanut butter and jellys sandwhichs for like snacks and stuff etc and just lift and make sure you run like a mile or something after you lift and do push up before you hit the bed and you should see improvement if you stick with it

I eat 2-3 times a day. I shyt about 5 times a day because of my ulcer :wow:

I'm going to start lifting. Anything in particular I should focus on.

Also, the GOMAD thing. I'm not going to start feeling sick from drinking that much milk everyday?

man i know the feeling i had a ulcer years ago was looking ethiopian, you know what helped me but it may cost alot just cop ensure plus calories there is like 330 calories in each, and with every meal gulp one of those down,

if you want to put on lean mass you're going to have to lift heavy weights. pushups are a waste of time...they're probably actually making you thinner.

its pretty basic...to gain weight you have to consume more calories than your body can metabolize. so eat more. take weight gainer between meals.

I don't shyt every day. And is 5'9 160 so......
