I'm Thinking of Trading in My 2016 Hyundai Accent for a 2019 Jetta GLI. ¿Lo Que Dicen Vosotros?

Trade in for a Jetta GLI or Nah?

The Jetta:

Check out a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta GLI S FWD - $23,650 on CarGurus at CarGurus - 2019 Volkswagen Jetta GLI S FWD - $23,650.

I have $9,600 to pay off on the Hyundai still. The car is also worth $5,400 as of now. With my current credit score, I can get an APR of 6% (I have close to a 700.) I can also afford the maintenance, note, and insurance costs. Should I pull the trigger, brehs?

Conjugate them verbs correctly:ufdup:

To be as constructive as possible I would suggest to not do any big expenditure right now

Don’t spend that much for car. The worst you can do at this age is take a loan out. Hit up graigslist and cop something <15000

I wouldn't roll negative equity into the next car. That would be a bad idea.
Noted. I'll get this paid off next year, then I'll cop a used one.

Definitely the best idea. Then you'll have a paid-off asset and you may find that you like not having a car payment at all.

Or you can cop something new and have 2 cars. Either way. Good choice, breh.
