Yeah Punk may be the "Best in the World" but what does that matter if he can only bring excitement of this level with an all-time shoot promo? Huh?
The Rock (not Dwayne) can bring that level of intrigue just by saying he's gonna be on Raw.
And Punk's been cutting great promos these past few months but even these Rock promos that people are calling him out for holding back have gotten John Cena a cereal endorsement and it might have even created Boot to Ass porn (no homo, I dunno someone may know
).
I mean Punk drew like one time off an incredible build with some one while Rock did the same at Survivor Series against two bums and some other guy as his tag team partner. And then went and drew the biggest buy rate in Wrestlemania history with whatshisname.
That's alot of $$$
. And yeah it's money I'll never see but goddamit it's incredible right 
And in the ring. Pssh! All that needs to be said is the People's Elbow getting a bigger pop than some knee to the face
