24 years old, 5 foot 9 & 216lbs.

I'm not fat....its solid from all my years of dirty bulking but, my cardio is shot to hell. I used to be fast as hell in high school.....now i can run hard as hell but, be :flabbynsick: after one minute of physical activity.

I played my nephews (19yo & 20yo) in basketball & football yesterday. I needed a 5 minute break after 4 plays :flabbynsick: felt like my chest was gonna explode :flabbynsick:

What do i need to do brehs? :sad: lose weight? tone up? just do cardio in the gym for now on? I haven't worked out for a year now.

Just start cardio again. Don't focus on sprinting and speed, though you can do exercises for those, too, if you want, but rather on endurance and distance. That's the only way you're going to start cutting whatever fat there is and improving your running. Don't rush into it, either, or you'll just slow down the overall progress.

won't even lie, when i was in the gym hard, i'd burn all that fat then go right to the sub shop afterward :yeshrug:

u need to cut down the fat first tho... cardio doesnt make you lose fat... it would actually be better to start a regiment of like light-jogs.. fast walks.. 45min -hour... twice a day...

i know shet sounds gay but its the quickest way to lose fat and get urself in better condition... if you drink 8 glasses of water a day too and change ur diet u could be down to a respectable 190 in 2-3 months...

I dontk now about that. I still eat junkfood, train bjj and im 178. Dropped down from 200 after rebounding from an injury. Some of its, genetics. I guarantee hes doing nowhere near the physical activity he did when he was in his prime. You just gotta get out there and be active. Obviously take care of your body and be anti junk food to avoid heart attacks down the road.

yeah this is concept is underrated.

One thing I've noticed is that people can naturally lose weight through diet and exercising, but maintaining ideal weight is the hard part. A quick relapse or series binge eating will quickly cause a person to gain back the all the weight they previously had plus more.

In other words, what I'm trying to say is, do some serious research, reevaluate how much you want to be more fit. Figure what you can and can't eat.

Understand the value of portion size and servings......

Drop the weight first, then everything else will fall in place.
