It was a Japanese movie. The cinematography looked dope as hell, mad different than what we let used to seeing in the west. It was made in the late 90s and I vividly remember there being a scene that took place in a tunnel. A car was driving through the tunnel and I think there was a man in the car but the way it was filmed was mad cool. Or maybe it was a motorcycle, I’m not sure. It’s a very critically acclaimed filmed.
