I'm keeping my workout simple as can be.

I'm 27 and done trying to be the biggest guy because its not gonna happen. I'm not gonna try be the most ripped because thats also not gonna happen. What i have realized is that i have a decent physique that I can maintain and improve and I no longer need to go crazy with the workouts like I used to.

All im using to workout is

-power tower with a ton of grips for pulls and a dip station.
-dumbells
-barbell
-ab wheel

all my lifts will be weighted calisthenics using mostly pull ups and dips for my major muscles and then curls and some other random exercises and i will eat at maintenance and continue to consume my usual protein amounts which is high. ive been doing this for alittle while now and the results have made me happy enough to stick with it long term

overall im not giving up im just not looking for the goals i used to look for. I like to live my lifestyle and as long as i can stay in shape i will be fine. i have nothing but respect for people who take it to the next level but im not 22 anymore trying to be all that so as long as i look like i lift and look good im happy with no set goals

anyone else reach this in their lifting yet?
