Anyone ever work with these type workers? They are big time union. The position they want me for is to be a manager of these workers. They work the docks unloading ships. To my Jersey cats, if you ever look over by Newark airport and see them big cranes then it's over there. These workers make upwards of $450, 000 a year which is more than I'll be making. Also I was told the mob is heavily involved with these workers and the docks. I made it to the third round of the interview process where they will be taking me on a tour of this huge ass mini city I'll be responsible for. This is a big change in career, change in industry and my certs won't be of no use here The biggest thing I got going for me is that I know how to manage people and coach and build teams to do a job. What y'all think?
