My first 2 times, I wasn't able to really explore the area. This time was different


Explored in Oakland, Fremont, San Francisco, San Jose, Stockton, Hayward, etc
Walked around in San Jose and got me authentic Thai food

Driving around San Francisco and San Jose gave me some vibes of the East Coast, walkable as fukk, people hustling and rushing to work. Hopefully I can hit up a History Museum or Art Museum before I leave

I’m planning a trip to go back to the V just to get that burger with their lard fried French fries.



I always order “to go” but still eat there because they’ll overload the fries into the bag vs “for here” they fill it up enough to where it doesn’t overflow the styrofoam cup.

San Fran is a highly interesting and authentic city, you gotta have time to explore it. A week isn't enough. One of my grandfather's grew up in Potrero Hill in the 50s and 60s...

San Fran is also highly racist, dirty, and the gap between classes is maybe the worst in the nation. It's the worst major city for black people in the entire US, made worse by the fact SF actually has a deep black history. The erasure of Black SF is the worst crime the leaders of The City have allowed to happen and that's saying something...

Oakland is overrated but it's very unique place. Vallejo is dope, Fairfield is underrated...

Stockton is a Valley city bro,not The Bay . But if you go to Stockton ain't nothing preventing a trip to Sacramento, that's the real city on the rise in California. CalTrain is expensive, you'd get there quicker just hopping in your rental too..
