I dont really go out heavy like I used to so Im not in the loop. shyt changes fast.
BK is underrated though. Crazy underrated. I would just hit up these STREETS in BK, they will have something to do:
Manhattan Ave/Greenpoint Ave in Greenpoint (hipster lite)
Bedford Ave from South 5th up to North 13th (hipster epicenter)
Vanderbilt Ave b/w Atlantic and Eastern Parkway (mix of everything)
Franklin Ave b/w Atlantic and Eastern Parkway (mix of everything, a little more hood but pretty much safe)
Myrtle Ave b/w Vanderbilt and Franklin (mix of everything)
When I go to BK that's the "loop" I hit. Good food, good bars, music is kinda hit or miss. My favorite spots are Soda (Vanderbilt and Bergen) and Franklin Park (Franklin and Sterling I think).
Other places to hit
Harlem Restaurant Row
West Side High Line
Coney Island (if its warm enough)
Prospect Park (PAWG city
)
Any midtown hip hop club (all the same in my experience)
I would not waste any time checking out any of the following
Times Square
Empire State Building
Brooklyn Bridge
If you want the real NYC experience dont bother with that fukk boy tourist shyt. Waste of time
