Are you going for the classic? There are still rooms? Depends, if you will just be in french quarter, around Canal stay in the french quarter. If you will be going all around downtown you can stay in the Business district, my fav hotel around there is the W.
Go Port of Call, Surreys Cafe to recharge, um GW fins is nice. I have to think of some more restaurants and give you some more.

Staying at a house in treme the first two night then staying at the blue indigo in the garden section a night as then staying at hotel marazin in the grand suite my final night where should I eat

dont buy drugs there that city is full of fake hustlers. im sure major work moves through there but overall the street dealers will sell you aspirin and are the most ignorant sellers ive ever met. they only fukk themselves though when your there for a week and will meet them 1-4 times if its good and will pay top tourist price they can get money but instead they jip you for short trial money(laughable) ONE time and lose out. id kill that n word if i ever seen him again
