real talk I can see the stress on all these shoppers in the stores, worried if their gift will be liked, buying gifts for people they dont want to, but feel obligated to, etc
in my family, kids get gifts, all the adults are into the family getting together and cooking and just having a great time beyond just the materialistic stuff
in my family my aunts and shyt get pissed if you buy them a gift when they tell you not to. Double lucky for me, no siblings which means no nieces and nephews. I buy my mother a gift, and my gf a gift and both are easy to please, they just dont want cash, anything else is a go and if they tell me about a gift its a decent price.
