I used to go to a local park to do calisthenics

this old eastern european guy......at least 80 years old was out there every mornng doing CLEAN pullups and dips

I'm certain that he's an old soldier


There's an older Black man that I see walking around on the weekends.. He uses a cane but doesn't need it...posture good.....looks much younger than the age he told me (85). Said he's from North Carolina, and tels me that the farm work he did as a young kid is what toughened him up. He would dust everybody in this video.
