I've tried to eliminate cake, candy and all that other shyt from my diet, but my energy levels are at a all time low making it hard for me to get motivated. I'm still getting to the gym etc. But the ghost of keeps knocking...
Basically anybody else been through sugar withdrawal symptoms and what should I do about the energy thing (i'm eating more fruits and going to start using honey instead of sugar)
