I'm coming of a 23 year sugar binge!

I've tried to eliminate cake, candy and all that other shyt from my diet, but my energy levels are at a all time low making it hard for me to get motivated. I'm still getting to the gym etc. But the ghost of :flabbynsick: keeps knocking...

Basically anybody else been through sugar withdrawal symptoms and what should I do about the energy thing (i'm eating more fruits and going to start using honey instead of sugar)
