I'm amazed at the number of players these days who don't wear mouthpieces

II cringed whenever I went to practice w/o my mouthpiece, never wanted to hit or be hit.
I dint know ppl willingly didnt use mouthpieces.

It's crazier to me to see Cam Newton and Mike Vick not wearing one.

I mean, I can understand Manning to a degree, even though he gets hit....but Cam and Vick get hit constantly due to them running or just getting sacked.

I'd hate to see Cams smile get messed up.
