Im about to get on adderrall this school year. give me advice on how to get prescribed?

about to go into my fourth year and im going to switch from mechanical to chemical engineering. my only problem is i took 2 years off and got extra lazy and cant focus in class. last year was my first year back and i was constantly getting distracted/slacking. i never tried adderrall but everyone rages about how it helps. my first week of classes im going to scedule an appointment with my school's campus care and try to get a prescription for it. any body have any advice or tips they can lend on how to get a prescription? i need help i wanna gradutate brehs im about to be 24 in february and still in undergrad.
