Gentrification is not necessarily a bad thing. I only feel sorry for elderly home owners in those areas who have lived there for decades. Otherwise, I think it's a good thing.

I can afford alot of stuff I don't have

I refuse to pay over 1,000 in rent on principle...

At this point in my life, All I need is hardwood floors and a central location and I'm good

mines is bearable.....shyt happens once in a while

And I been there all my life...

But it dosent make economical sense that people are paying 1400$$ rent and you live in the same environment as a nikka who pays 800...

my hood can't be gentrified because it's always been gentricated.

parking is .
gotta park down the block
bike to beaches
bus on the corner
bodega on the corner lets me cop on credit
