We need another way to defend “diversity” than thinking these impassioned appeals to white people will work anymore. We need a more nuanced and persuasive answers because I dont see this working on anyone who doesn’t already agree with us. We’re in a significant minority right now. It makes us look unserious, emotional, and nonstrategic. Plus, after Obama MOST white people aren’t going to listen to these claims any more.

They don’t want to hold hands and sing kumbaya with Black folks and anyone else not like them.

Those men are about keeping a White patriarchy in place first and foremost and lining their pockets which comes in a close second.

Black people have more power than we’ve ever had and now you got those Hispanic illegals popping up everywhere that will eventually have kids who will be citizens and able to vote here, that demographic will need to be contended with eventually even though I still think they are a generation or two away from making real noise.

White men in power don’t like that so they want to cripple legislation and infrastructure that helps Blacks, other minorities, women, and even some lower middle class and poor Whites can be sacrificed for the greater good of what they feel is best to keep them in power and keep them in a position of wealth.

Yes technically anyone can be a CEO all you do is make decisions based on smart people giving you courses of action, So yes you could hire a Trans lesbian janitor of a Pharma company and she could crash and burn.

Seen this on Reddit and the first row of comments focus mainly on her earrings and buzz words like "race baiting" whatever the fukk that means :francis: . We are so cooked explaining black issues to a bunch of senile St Peter impotent having cacs.
