I'm 6'2 255... want to get to 200 by the end of March

This is going to be a real challenge because I'm in my 30's. I'm not out of shape and I can still bench 220 but I put on weight too easy. I fluctuate between 235 and 255 like its nothing from one month to the next. I use to run 2 miles every other day but Now I can barely run a mile without stopping. My cardio is shyt. I've been stagnant for well over a year.

My diet is where i'm making the most drastic change. I use to be a vegan so I'm going back to that lifestyle. I don't know if I can give up black n milds and drinking... :sadcam: but for the first few weeks i'm going to try.

I got enough equipment at the crib to keep my workouts in house. I think the first week is going to be the hardest. I don't expect to lose 55lbs by the end of March but I like to over shoot my goals so if I fall short I'm right where I need to be. The healthy way to lose weight is 2 lbs a week, so it supposed to take me about 6 months. fukk it.. I'll be happy if I drop 1/2 the weight by April

1lb of chicken breasts a day will help you retain lean mass, fill you up and not have a huge impact on your health. Combine that with ~50g of fiber a day and you will be good money.

We have ~12 weeks until the end of March. You are talking 4-5lb a week. Unless you want to :camby: a good amount of lean mass, I'm not sure your goal is realistic. ~1lb a week is ideal for cutting pure fat.

I don't really care about keeping mass. I have that linebacker type look but it's like 50/50 muscle to fat right now. The fat is mainly in my stomach. Basically I'm looking to drop mass while maintaining strength and endurance. I'm willing to sacrifice muscle mass to slim down. I'm honestly not built to carry more than 250lbs be it muscle or fat. If I can get back to 195 - 200 I'll be good to go.

Strict low calorie diet and do some 30-45 moderate cardio every day...

If you're gonna lift, lift light, 3-4 sets of 12-15 2X week...



but most importantly, stay on a strict diet, I cannot stress that enough...........

you already know the formula, then when you get down, I'm pretty sure you're aware quinoa keeps your body mass up.

you already know the formula, then when you get down, I'm pretty sure you're aware quinoa keeps your body mass up.

I haven't had that in like 4 years. Right now My diet will consist of potatoes, peas, spinach, cabbage, almonds a lot of water and supplements. I'm gonna rock out with that for the first 3 weeks, check my progress and tweak it from there. I'm gonna also work out twice a day and basically push myself to the point of :deadrose: to shock my body and try to break the :flabbynsick: state it's been in for the past 2 years.

If you serious you can do it by April cause losing 15-20lbs a month is much more realistic. All you have to do is 2wice a day low intensity cardio for 60 mins 5 days a week and google carb cycling diet and you will drop a lbs by the shytloads. But if your bodyfat % is under 12% its going to harder to lose weight fast unless you want to lose all of that hard earned muscle along with the body fat.

As far as diet eat 2 regular meals per day then invest in a smoothie machine or blender and drink two water smoothies with your favorite protein powder alongside low glycemic fruits like strawberries and blueberries. Also make your green smoothies containing spinach & not too sugary protein powder & water. They showed you that in GTA V if you play video games.

I was able to lose 20 lbs last summer in 6 weeks but I was doing 2 a day cardio only 3-4 days a week doing this and I started of about 15% body fat and ended at 9% BF. I fell off with the smoothie diet this winter & gained close to 20 lbs so I am back to 11% bodyfat but I gained mostly muscle because I am not back to 15% like I was before.

Sarcasm? LOL I was thinking about getting P90x3 since it's only 30 minutes a day to get a 6 pack then after that go to the gym and bulk up.
