This is going to be a real challenge because I'm in my 30's. I'm not out of shape and I can still bench 220 but I put on weight too easy. I fluctuate between 235 and 255 like its nothing from one month to the next. I use to run 2 miles every other day but Now I can barely run a mile without stopping. My cardio is shyt. I've been stagnant for well over a year.
My diet is where i'm making the most drastic change. I use to be a vegan so I'm going back to that lifestyle. I don't know if I can give up black n milds and drinking... but for the first few weeks i'm going to try.
I got enough equipment at the crib to keep my workouts in house. I think the first week is going to be the hardest. I don't expect to lose 55lbs by the end of March but I like to over shoot my goals so if I fall short I'm right where I need to be. The healthy way to lose weight is 2 lbs a week, so it supposed to take me about 6 months. fukk it.. I'll be happy if I drop 1/2 the weight by April
