If you were principal of this school what would you do?

Put all the goons in a room with weapons until one is left then the one that survives make that nikka the security guard of the school and pay him good money so he wont sell drugs. Tell the other kids if they don't behave I'ma send the goon on them and if they get a B the goon gonna get them. If parents complain I'ma send the goon at them. If police say somethin I'ma send that goon on them. School will have the highest graduation rate and SAT scores in the nation cuz that Goon gone put in that work. or some shyt.

Depends on what state I'm in. 
Yeah, that shyt kinda fukking with me...not so much about the school. But those 2 young children who are trying to do right, with so much adversity stacked up against them.

That principal trying as hard as she can to help and keep these black children safe.
My mom told me one day that she refused to send me to a all black high school even though it was closer just because of shyt like this. I'm not sure if they're all like this and I hope not.
If anything this really shows how important parents and good role models are in life. Like they said with how much that principal has helped that school and the students. It's great to see how much a good support system really helps

I watched Last Chance High. I was angry and sad at the same time
i would start by creating the main sports teams (both genders)
then fund that music group, start a band
and make a good modern computer/programming program
95% attendance, no fighting, no disturbance, etc.
the conditions of participation in those extracurricular activities
strawberry mansion is one of the toughest areas of philadelphia
many students will be functioning years behind their grade level
you can't create academic miracles
but you can make a positive environment and work up from there
then fund that music group, start a band
and make a good modern computer/programming program
95% attendance, no fighting, no disturbance, etc.
