its a difference that's why its different weight classes
he's 5'4 119 pounds making 122 is only 3 pounds but to get to 126 he would have put on 7 pounds with his small frame, when someone like loma is 5'7 132 pounds, he has a frame better suited to go up in weight, he could go up to 140, 135, 130 but can also make 126 because he's 26 years old, Rigo is 34 he a small ass man
if he fights any of those featherweights they'll come in at the max 126, and he'll have to come in under that, probably 123-124
