My schedule right now:
Monday - 5x5 lifting
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - 5x5 lifting
Thursday - HIIT cardio (30 seconds on, 60 seconds off)
Friday - 5x5 Lifting
Saturday - HIIT Cardio
Sunday - Rest Day
Would something like MMA class replace cardio?
