I started thinking about this the other day during the 100m heat when Usain and the rest of them was jogging 10 second 100's. I WISHED I could be that fast for a day. I'd join a tournament, win the prize money, then just run sprints and enjoy being the fastest human being in existence.

Then I started thinking about the other athletes I could choose:

Bo Jackson, no question. A lot of those guys you mentioned have athletic "skills" but aren't necessarily on the short list of greatest athletes (golfers, Marino, hockey players). Bo was insanely fast, strong as hell, had a cannon for an arm, and could jump out of the gym. Bo was also a 2 time state champion in the decathlon despite not competing in the 1500 meters. He had the victories wrapped up after 9 events.
