I work out at various 24 hour Fitnesses and I just discovered they all have one. shyt has become my private residence at the gym.

Shower is bigger to accomodate a wheelchair
Cleaner because no one knows it exists

The one at my main gym even has a couch in it.

I was apart of something that had to take mass showers, yes, and it was no way going around it. Needless to say it was terrible, demeaning, and no normal straight male would ever willingly subject himself to showering/being naked amongst other men willingly.

You can never get a proper workout between breaks anyways...you only get an hour. And this is coming from a person that does isolated workouts

Preach. After a workout a shower is a must, if you are heading into work! I ususally train after work and shower at home unless im going straight out after the gym ill shower at the gym!

Breh not only that, but you putting your clothes back on. Socks etc. You can get infections like that. It doesnt even take much either
