Not necessarily.

My girl and I have a good and open relationship, but she still (a) knows that I'm more than likely not letting her use my phone unless it's an emergency, (b) a lot of my business ain't meant for her eyes.

Some people just have business that isn't meant for everyone to see. Also a lot people are overly nosey and will find something for themselves when nothing is there, so it's best not to even tempt them.
