Omar wouldn't have been the only one jacking the dope boys. He would've robbed the shipment from the Greek way before Omar did. Would've used the drug turf beef to his advantage.

McNulty would have probably taken Terry Crowley's place. Specifically Bunk and McNulty were working on a murder case that lead to Mackey. Mackey finds out and bumps off McNulty. Bunk and Lester and others eventually team up to bring Mackey down. Mackey gets a Marlo ending.
