Had the worst experience ever with DirectTV
1. Supposed to get free DVR as a new customer. The dude forgot to bring the DVR box. The next week they bring it, say all is good, then try to charge us like we weren't new customers anymore
which brings me to my next point...
2. Customer service is fukken AWFUL. They make you stay on hold forever, then make you work through like 4 or 5 operators who don't speak English before you get to someone who can actually help. Every call take at least an hour...if you're lucky.
3. Every time it fukken rained or snowed or was fukken windy the service would go out. Motherfukkers, thats when I wanna be watching TV
4. Expensive as shyt
