If they're trying to do Austin v McMahon with Ronda and Stephanie, who are the ideal heel opponents?

The next step in the feud is Ronda facing opponents who are Stephanie proxies...much like corporate Dude Love and The Rock were proxies for Vince.

I was thinking who would be most ideal for this role, as if you're getting Ronda to work a program, ideally you'd want one of the better wrestlers on the roster, so to me that eliminates natural heels like Alexa or Carmella, and those aren't believable opponents anyway. Becky would be a great opponent to work with, but I don't see her as a heel.

In many ways I think Sasha is the ideal corporate backed champ. Great wrestler, she's been close to turning for months anyway, can play heel naturally. But the problem is I can't see the fans cheer Ronda over Sasha.

Obviously the long term aim seems to be her vs Charlotte, but I don't see that happening for a while, although Charlotte would be the ideal heel.

I dunno.... I think this is a good opportunity to create a strong heel antagonist.

Who do you think would make a good foil for this feud?

If Baszler wasn't starting our as champ, I could see her being brought on as an enforcer. Maybe even having her start out on Ronda's side before turning.

Steph's gonna need a Goldar/Boss Man type for now. The Corporate Rock would come when she's ready for the championship.

The problem with Sasha is that the time to do something like that was 2-3 years ago. She's a fan favorite now, so you run the risk of turning people against Ronda. That includes if you turn her, since people are always clamoring for Sasha to be a heel anyways.

Charlotte is the best choice, but they want that as the long term thing, so that's probably off till next Mania season. Also, they won't turn Charlotte heel.

Shayna Baszler will be a good choice once she gets called up.

The issue with everyone else is that they're either babyfaces the crowd isn't ready to turn against (Becky, Nia, Naomi, Bayley) or heels that wouldn't be believable (Mickie, Carmella, Alexa).
