not necessarily... the Quran states that there is and ALWAYS HAS BEEN only one God since the beginning of time... the same God that created Adam and Eve is the God of Abraham, as well as the God of Moses, as well as the God of Jesus, and also the God of Muhammad (pbuh)
While the Quran states that the Torah and the Bible contain false information due to the message of the respected messengers being distorted and tampered with along the way, there is also truth in them, as Moses (pbuh) and Jesus (pbuh) were in fact preaching the same monotheistic message as Abraham before them and Muhammad (pbuh) after them
the Quran basically states that Islam didn't just start with the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) like most people believe... Islam, or "submission to the will of God" dates all the way back to Adam and the message has remained consistent
Islam isn't on some "throw the other religions in the bushes" shyt, as stated in the Quran:
Lo! Those who believe (in that which is revealed unto thee, Muhammad), and those who are Jews, and Christians, and Sabians - whoever believeth in Allah and the Last Day and doeth right - surely their reward is with their Lord, and there shall no fear come upon them neither shall they grieve.
—Qur'an, sura 2 Al-Baqara, ayah 62
So basically, Islam states that if you do more right than wrong, believe in God, and believe that one day your good deeds and sins will be weighted in order to see if you're worthy of entering eternal paradise, you're good; regardless of if you're Muslim, Jewish, or Christian
