All the characters were pretty much drawn to look like the people who did the voices, barring H. Jon Benjamin.

I'd let all of them cook - and maybe have Jon Benjamin do voice over for an Archer look alike, like they did at the live read:

But the fans ate up every minute of the zany event, with set pieces ranging from trivia on Dr. Krieger (proctored by Yates, the voice of the German scientist), an Archer look-alike with the voice of an off-stage Benjamin, a live scene read from the two-part finale of season four, the occasional t-shirt cannon firing accompanied by “Danger Zone,” and the eventual fan Q&A.

Or just have him star in it and have everyone just react to him as if he looks like Archer.
