Illuminati is just a buzz word. The real illuminati is the hidden Protestant Anglo empire and their enterprises. Also the other illuminati is the Roman Catholic Empire. Both laud the Latin language because it's Holy Roman Empire (formerly based in Deutschland, encompassing france and northern italy.) The actual term means enlightened. What their enlightened with concerns the affairs of state, and they are well versed in history and militarism. Most of the Monarchs of Britain were German\Deutsch and trace back to the Houses of the Holy Roman Empire. (The term German comes from germanitas which means brotherhood in Latin.) Even Catherine the Great of Russia, empress of Russia, was German. Also during the American Revolution, the Brits were hiring German soldiers from imperial houses (e.g. House of Hesse gave their name to the Hessians; Catherine the great refused to rent out Russian troops from her house of Romanov.)
The treaty of 1783 recognizing America tells us that George III of Britain was arch treasurer and prince elector of the Holy Roman Empire. Remember the Angles migrated and gave their name to Angland. They also formed a covenant between themselves, the Welsh and Scots creating Britain. Another "germanic"\deutsch tribe, the Franks, migrated to Gaul and gave their name to France. Then there was Visigothic (germanic tribe) "Spain," and the Vandals (germanic tribe) in North Africa.
P.S. There was no such thing as a Spainard at this time. In fact the Kingdoms of Castile and Aragon did not even exist. Nor was there a Portugal or Algavre.
