people have already been doing it for years

cacs would spend 90 percent of their existence on MMOs like World of Warcraft, Everquest and Second life

Now kids are doing the same with Fortnite and League of Legends in 2018/19 (and for us hood nikkas is NBA 2K, Madden and COD)

Even though VR is still in its infancy it's inevitable that these worlds will be so much better than reality that we'll have no use for the real world anymore

It not being actually real is enough for me not to get too into it. I hope, I can see even trying to limit usage is a slippery slope.
But I agree, it could be the downfall of society.
