If Wade were healthy, I can see Kobe splitting games with him. Also, Rose would come off the bench due to Coach K's style. Howard would be the only for sure starting.

Paul is on there. I doubt Williams would want to come back. I don't see Bynum wanting to play in the Olympics. Cousins would be there before him which is saying something. Aldridge got too many health issues to make it through the season not to mention the off season.

I got a feeling, especially with a few of them about to spend the next 4 years playing deep into May and June, that guys like CP3, LeBron, and Melo gonna sit the next Olympic games out.
