He will go down as the better fighter but they will say Pacquiao had the better compdoes floyd still have the greater legacy?
If Floyd loses this fight...this fight alone...the loss will be his legacydoes floyd still have the greater legacy?
damn that is pretty fukked up but I get it!If Floyd loses this fight...this fight alone...the loss will be his legacy
Nope
May legacy pretty much depends on this fight since he ducked for so long
yeah dude put way too much emphasis on his record and like @Newzz said..Floyd would have been better off losing to someone else instead before this...and if he wins he is the best fighter of this generation perioddamn that is pretty fukked up but I get it!
If Floyd loses this fight...this fight alone...the loss will be his legacy
you know whats crazy when you look at it.
lebron and kobe can go 0-30, 10 turnovers in 1 GAME and still be considered goats.
tom brady can throw 5 interceptions, and lose by 50 and in 1 GAME and still be considered one of the GOATS.
only in boxing, on one fukking night, just "one night", 1 lost can change a fighters whole legacy.
win or lose floyd will be one of the goats imo but has to win this fight, no exceptions!
that was his point dummyHorrible comparison considering that someone like Tom Brady will play around 200 games and someone like Kobe or LeBron will play 1000 or more games and they participate in team sports. With that said, yes, the weight one fight can have on a boxers legacy is a little unfair, but as time passes, things tend to get put in their proper perspective. Mohammed Ali lost 5 fights and is still considered the greatest by many. Mike Tyson is still celebrated as one of the best to ever do it, despite the end of his career. Also, a win can change your whole legacy for the better. If Pac E Owl wins this fight, then people will probably forget the embarrassing knockout he suffered to Marquez.
