2. In many of these countries this is pretty much the only allowed form of expression...anti America protests
3. Religion brings out the emotions in ignorant people
4. An already established anti Americanism

6. There's a professional agitators present in the political and religious class who usually operate for other reasons (ie. salafi show of force in Egypt)

is it respect for the religion because if his words are true what does it matter if someone outside the faith makes fun on him. I am sure that happened when the religion was forming yet they didn't kill them then.
