Well Rico lost the IC title and was gone for a bit then HHH took over and has been on the ups. Nak been on TV most weeks trying to get that IC title match and is always over with the crowd. Nak has done a little more over that span so that's why I put him just above Rico right now, because Nak is getting the title shot.
