Like what if I eat hot wings and spinach and stuff like that and only eat carbs for breakfast in my Oatmeal, can I still lose weight?

You can eliminate carbs from your diet, but you won't last more than three days. You will feel like shyt because carbs are your body's preferred source of energy.

Instead of eliminating any major macros just do it the EASY way and reduce your overall caloric intake. That's it. You don't have to do anything fancy or complicated like most people do.

More protein, more fiber (veggies), moderate fat, moderate carbs.

The more junk you include in your diet the slower your results will be.

Likely not worth it unless you are going to go pretty low carb which might not be ideal depending on your exercise routine.

You don't need any supplements to be honest. And my diet is essentially how I laid it out for you. I don't worry about too many specifics outside of my daily calorie intake. That's literally all that matters.

And start going to the gym and LIFTING WEIGHTS if you aren't already.

That low carb life def aint for everybody

U can cut a good amount of carbs and fat though and lose weight. Im mad u talkin about this a week before June. U aint doin shyt for the summer :umad:

There are so many factors that need to be known before giving an accurate assessment. There's not one simple answer to the carb question. An extreme carbohydrate reduction can induce weight loss, especially for a person who is overweight(or obese) because these people have an excessive amount of carbohydrates in their body and they need to utilize them(hence the reason why they're fat). As a previous poster has already stated, and I'll augment on to.... Carbohydrates provide energy to the body, and more importantly, keep the body full to prevent starvation.

For the average person, eliminating carbohydrates from your diet isn't recommended because of the aforementioned reasons. Healthy carbohydrates should always be consumed and stringently moderated(unless you're an ectomorph whose metabolism can burn anything it consumes at will... You muthas can eat a horse and not gain a pound).

no need to get that detailed for weight loss bruh,

i lost 110 pounds last year just counting calories and exercise. find a online calorie calculator, calculate your calorie intake to loose weight and match that with your eating. download my fitness pal app so can keep track. lift weights or cardio. make sure you switch it up every once in a while to avoid plateauing.

you're basically asking about a Keto Diet. I like keto alot, you feel like crap the first week or 2, but after that you feel great, skin looks better, you start seeing definition if you've been working out. Obviously its not for everybody, but you have to make it past 2 weeks to know if its for you or not. Only tough part is you eat a single grape or something and you ruin your diet. Stick to the plan, do it, if you're really bout that life :demonic:

Yea there are plenty of low density low GI carby foods. Unless u are The Rock I doubt u can put down more than 400-500kcal of oatmeal or baked/microwaved potatoes in one sitting. That shyt will rock u to sleep. nikkas outchea inhaling bags of pork rinds wondering why they aint droppin lbs :useriousjay:
