I'm a 31 year old tall skinny unhealthy fukk lol

Eat like a savage. Fast food. Soda candy etc...

Need a lifestyle change .. Eating good.. Working out etc.

Plan on going to the gym as soon as I post this. Realistically, how much progress can I see by memorial day?

Lifestyle change & good(do your research), consistent workout and you'll see a significant change by then. Hard to quantify since it will depend heavily on the quality of your food, sleep & workout. But I'm sure it will be enough to motivate you to continue.
