I'd do the trade if Im Portland, just because Aldridge does have some health issues and those literal heart problems would scare me away.
That Harden/Ibaka package would be good enough to get Dwight, if he wasn't such a homo, so I'd hold onto them if I were the Thunder.

This. Aldridge would be a great #2 or #3 option on a stacked, championship level team. You're not going past the 2nd round with him as your #1 guy.
If I were POR I do that trade ASAP, you get a SG in Harden who will probably average 20 ppg for you & a defensive anchor in Ibaka. For OKC, it wouldn't really help their team defense & the scoring would probably be a push. Good trade for Blazers, bad trade for Thunders
