7 billion ppl, let's say 6 billion of them are able to participate and let's say everyone screams all at once, or everyone stomps their feet, or claps their hands all at once.

Would it cause any sort of noticeable reaction?

If 80,000 ppl at a football stadium can cause a small earthquake, what could billions do?
