How is it that Asian countries like Korea and Japan have been and are de facto ethnically segregated from other races yet nevertheless have thrived in terms of education, economy, quality of life, life expectancy, etc?

If ethnic segregation is so horrible, how is it that Israel practices it stringently and is nevertheless the most prosperous non-oil producing country in the Middle East?

What about ethnically homogeneous countries like Sweden, Finland, etc

Well... Korea and Japan aren't necessarily "segregated" they are just ethnically homogeneous. There is nothing wrong with ethnic homogeneity, however in the case of the United States and in many other countries with black populations and where whites decided to subjugate blacks, segregation was a way to quarantine blacks to an a certain segment of society in order to consolidate white supremacy along with disenfranchisement.

Korea and Japan are de facto segregated because the countries are homogeneous and other races don't readily settle in Korea and Japan (either because they don't wish to or because they are not allowed). Over 98% of Japan is ethnic Japanese. A full 99.5% of Japan is Asian. Korea and Japan's de facto segregation success implies that segregated societies can work and be better than integrated societies. The only reason segregation didn't work in the USA is because whites economically hogged everything, including the markets and lands, and wouldn't let blacks compete,

Can you provide some evidence that the causality for those variables are solely due to those groups being segregated though? Like how do you know Japanese cultural values isn't the reason for their academic achievement since Japanese Americans also do great academically in America too.

Japan is not a homogenous country. Homogeneity is an illusion and a myth, cultivated inside countries by the ruling class and outside countries due to lack of understanding of the dynamics within those countries. There is ethnic tension in Japan, case in point, look at Okinawa and the Ryukyuans. Korea may be more homogenous than Japan, but basing politics on homogeneity is wrong-headed.

I definitely believe its a problem with the wording more than anything....I like the term separation and the act of........"Segregation" within the confines of a hostage taker is still basically slavery as case in point in Amerikkka........The hostage taker never will allow you Peace amongst him...i.e Black Wall Street.....which is why we need separation and our own land.
