If boxers get those big traps from punching, then high-reps must be better for traps.

those guys all lifted. you look at old school boxers and few of them have traps like that, even the big time hitters carrying power through multiple weight classes.

muscle size comes from hypertrophy with heavier weight :manny:

if you get your numbers up(which you have), then switch to a hypertrophy routine, youll gain size

try PHAT :ehh:

super high reps

ppl coming out of cali state pens with no weights are comming out looking swole... might not be able lift too much aka power lifter but still ive known tweekers comming out transforemed...

eat right and alot and do those three exercises
