Melissa McCarthy would make a good Pam. She's actually funny enough to carry that role.

Judy Greer is already perfect for Cheryl.

Thomas Lennon would make a good Ray Gillette.

Ryan Reynolds would NOT make a good Archer. He could be a good Barry.

Jon Hamm is Archer. Maybe Dylan McDermott.
Jessica Walter is Malory of course.
Judy Greer could stay Cheryl even though Cheryl is supposed to be hot.
Chris Parnell stays Cyril.
Yates could stay Krieger.
McCarthy could be a good Pam.
Neil Patrick Harris as Ray.

I hate to say it but Aisha not cute enough to be Lana at this point and that’s a signature for Lana. But her height is also a signature for Lana as well which Aisha does have. Lana would be the hardest person to recast. I’d say Archer is but Benjamin can’t play him at all so it goes without saying Archer is recasted. Where can they find a 6ft tall lightskin brawd who is very pretty but very fit...and can act.
